For me to dance is to breathe and let your soul join the music…
Ever since I can remember myself, I wanted to dance.
My first so called “performance” was at my parents New Year’s party when I was five years old…
Years have passed with countless nights at discos, nightclubs, ballroom classes, salsa…
In 2007 I have discovered tango and I fell in love with this sensual dance.
My tango journey started in Cheltenham where I learned my first steps. However, learning the basics was not enough.
My partner at the time helped me to understand that tango is so much more than just learning steps.
I have continued seeking to improve and study this complex and multidimensional dance.
I have tried to pick up the best of tango from such masters like Juan Manuel Acosta, Alejandra Mantinan, Gustavo Rosas & Gisela Natoli, Yanina Quinones & Neri Pilu, Sofie Martinez, Julia Uruty to name but a few.
I also love dancing Canyengue, which I have learned from Graciela Guerriera and Osvaldo Perez.
For a few years I taught tango in Tewkesbury and Cheltenham. Now I would like to continue sharing my knowledge and experience with many more people.
